i wouldnt have a clue if that was genuine or not,you need to know your stuff for the old british ones,you see so many boards for sale and the sellers have no clue so just go by the sticker,ive seen some funny ones over the yrs with sellers advertising gullwing,lazer and acs boards
you also see a few crappy old f/glass decks with an old fibreflex sticker on them which then turns it into a rare f/flex deck 
i see the beadle bags still up for grabs!

It could be anything with a West Country sticker on it, an early West Country sticker though
Of the ones listed I suppose a Mahogany kick tail is the most likely
