Vintage 1970s skateboard forum

whats you thoughts on this one? it looks nice at first glance but it looks as though that tail saver is hiding a fair amount of a repair and the nose has had a similar repair,the grip doesnt look original either as its quite wonky around the edges in places and too clean to match up with the cond of the deck before it was restored ,i must be way too fussy as it doesnt seem to be putting folk off bidding

Under £100-£150 it’s ok value everything else is NOS

i cant see if theyre small pivot trackers? with wrong cups? but if they are then its got to be worth a lot more than that ,trucks alone would be £100+

Yeh that lollipop is the same seller who had that nice lollipop a bit back with the later die cut vinyl lollipop sticker on the underside

The Benjy lollipop went for £186 in the end , pretty cheap if you breakdown the parts. One of those skid plates went for daft money a while back and the trackers always make good money. Did anyone buy it on here ?

No as said cheap enough at that , I think with the old school skateboard stuff at the moment if you let it ride by auction it’s fetching the market price which is lower than a few years since it’s just the buy it bows where people are still asking the old prices and stuffs simply not selling

i thought it would have got a bit more than that,the parts are prob worth £160 so the deck was virtually free
