Re: Hpg Gullwing trucks
They sort of remind me of a smaller version of these Gullwing copies I have.
They are well made, by the German equivalent of Variflex, Paffander I think they are called

Re: Hpg Gullwing trucks
i remember you posting a pic of those before, they are a strange looking truck and the only set ive ever seen, makes you wonder what other gems are out there waiting to be discovered
Re: Hpg Gullwing trucks
I’ve a pair of pfander riser pads, wasn’t aware they were German or that they manufactured trucks and I believe boards too!
Re: Hpg Gullwing trucks
im suprised gullwing never filed a lawsuit as they are 95% gullwing copies
although i shouldnt think they knew of them either
Re: Hpg Gullwing trucks
Castings look crude against a Gullwing !
I’m amazed Lotus got away with their near identical Tracker copies, sure Tracker knew of them !

Re: Hpg Gullwing trucks
yes those lotus ones are near identical in every way,in the tracker book it does say how they spent a fortune trying to shut down all these companies who produced knock offs but in the end decided it wasnt worth the costs involved and the money was better off being spent on producing their own trucks so there would be plenty available

Gullwing weren’t the only ones Pafander copied, the trucks came with these white cored 70mm Reds
